The iLAN Network Operation Center receives customer alarms 24 x 7, evaluating each alarm and verifying that the outage is real and not just a spurious alarm [very common]. Only those alarms which warrant immediate attention are passed to the on-site staff via pager. iLAN provides complete after-hour and weekend support and will alert customer personnel as directed by the customer. |
